Max was superb! :D And yes, sort of funny if I wasn't so sad.


When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

about the only enjoyment i got out of the game was bagging buddy relentlessly in the 2nd 1/2

i thought it was a piss port effort on his part... didn't even try. Didn't run, chase, lead... completely gave up

IMO when they need him and things don't go his way... he'll throw a tanty

given a complete bath

possibly the only Hawk that was smashed by his opponent

Yes Buddy was useless but it is sad that Hawthorn still managed to slaughter us with their star forward MIA. When Roo doesn't play well we don't kick goals. Hawthorn managed to kick 17 goals minus Buddy.

Thats crap. They had 51 inside 50's to 34. It was the midfield that cost us not the forward line. The Hawks kicked it to Buddy time after time and Maxi kept beating him. Roo could have had a blinder tonight and we still wouldn't have won.

I agree. I want the side to win. Individuals get you no where. We once had Loewe, Winmar, Burke and Plugger in the same side. What happened then. Now we have Rooy, Harvs, Max and Lenny. What is happening now. We need to be a champion team.
