All youth... Surpring and somewhat worrying. Shame to see Smith go IMO. Will get picked up by another club.

Maybe the salary cap issue is not that bad...also, there could be more delistings...saintly wrote:how does any of this help the salary cap?thirty-seven!? wrote:Ryan Gamble

Only one that shocks me a bit is Smith, thaught he was ok.

Re: Saints delistings - OFFICIAL
I reckon that last part of your statement is right. One of the mid range players will be delisted or work. Could even be 2.saintlee wrote:Maybe the salary cap issue is not that bad...also, there could be more delistings...saintly wrote:how does any of this help the salary cap?thirty-seven!? wrote:Ryan Gamble

This could mean that the 'other' un-contracted players have a agreed to new terms on lower wages? - or not…
Ironic that we have been screaming out for more (bigger) forwards yet have lost 6 so far… No point keeping those that aren't good enough I suppose, makes you wonder if Lynch was due for more game time had he of stayed.
Johnson was the only one I thought could have stepped up, maybe a rookie for him and Heyne (contractually obliged)
To The Top - You'll be gutted about Cahill instead of Gears?

heaven help us if we get any medium/long term injuries to our starting 18 KPP. we will be absolutely screwed. Not to mention we only have one realistic ruck option in McEvoy. Talk about having a dozen eggs in the Stanley basket.
can only aassume we will be adopting a sheedy-esque mosquito fleet around the ground.

I am marching in the Saints army
So whose fault is that. Surely if Pechan or Watters thought they were good enough they would have stayed and anyway who are these delisted players that have been let go without being tested?skeptic wrote:Smith and Johnson both reported to have a little something throughout the season the 2s...
never got a shot
the list of players delisted/lost without being properly tested goes on
