What about minus the father son's... ?

I also hope Tippex takes up an early pick for someone, it would suck if he gets to Sydney via free agency...

Kurt Tippett is expected to be refused access to the draft with Adelaide and him forced to remain marreid for next year.

This puts Adelaide into severe salary cap problems.

One way of reducing the problem that was used by St Kilda was to go into the season with 38 or 39 senior players instead of 40.

Surrendering picks 20 and 54 really only hurts with pick 20.
They may use pick 62 but don't expect them to use 80 and 95 (yesterday 81 and 96)

The REAL story here is; WHY DID ADELAIDE OFFER TO GIVE UP THEIR FIRST TWO PICKS IN THIS YEAR'S DRAFT? You don't have to be all that bright to work out that they will be giving up Pick 20 and Pick 50 something this year where as they would be giving up picks 10 & 28 next year. All they are doing is trying everything they can to lessen the impact caused by their DISHONESTY. Let's hope that the AFL sees through this SCAM !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

So we would have given up picks 24 and 25 for Mitch Brown. Bargain!

Will they still be forced to use 3 picks in the draft?

Maybe this year?

It's quite bizarre how they r trying to be so proactive. As if a thief starts his sentence at home before trial. It does not show contrition , it shows that they are still trying to control things in the same way as they did with Tippett. This is still outside their control as they are a club not the afl. They can not continue to give themselves new rules and their own punishment.
The afl should say u gave up your picks this year , as your own choice. The penalty we give you will still be unaffected and not lessened the next two years.
