Just got the word that Richmond is out of the picture with Jack, so he's ours unless someone comes in and trumps us.

What injury does he have and what's the recovery time? If he comes to us will he be ready to start the pre-season?

I didn't ask but I read somewhere that he will be available for selection sometime during the final series.

Let's hope we still need him.

The young man can certainly kick, seems to have some good awareness in close with the hands.
I think we have a smart player.
Similar in the mould of Freeman. Hope both of these second rounders show what they can do for us next season.

Slowly but shorly the perfect storm is brewing.

Big bodied mid that can be dangerous up forward, high rating in draft year, fits the age demographic of our group... like what our recruiters are doing !!

http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-10-14/g ... -deal-done

We’re thrilled to have Jack join the Saints and with his ability to play both in the midfield and forward, we think he’ll strongly complement our young, emerging list while filling a key need," St Kilda chief operating officer Ameet Bains said.

"Jack’s had some strong performances and at only 20-years-old we think he has a lot of potential to continue to develop and be a quality player for the club."

===================================================================================
I wonder if Wrights position will be under threat if Steele will be parolling the half forward line.

Does anyone have an idea of what we are paying Steele? I haven't seen anything leak out about his pay.
