Dingley is nowhere land, on the border of Braeside and Keysborough. Seaford is the St Kilda foreshore in comparison.

I'm not sure how they ever were successful after moving from the inner city to arctic park?
Essendon also have no chance whilst training at Tullamarine, after moving from Windy Hill
We all know the successful clubs like Carlton and Richmond put it down to the benefits of being close to coffee in the CBD
