I remember one night when I held my colic baby daughter for about 4 hours so my wife could get some sleep. I walked around with her and sang Good King Wenceslas over 100 times in a row.

My songs of choice were 'A Little Ray of Sunshine' and 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot'. I was at my fittest with all the walking!
