Secondly, I have no idea what the Blues and Saints have offered Coniglio. I never said whether I believed the figure (could be BS) but we are obviously in the hunt for Coniglio.

There is no Wow unless the player is interested.

Saints make many offers to many players. so far virtually all have been Wow-less.

Football teams are very rarely blessed with 22 A graders so the balance is to compliment B /C graders with a A graders in positions that allow the team to be successful. If you look at our sides 2009/2010 we had players like Ray, Blake, Dawson, McQualter, Gwilt, Baker, Armitage, Jones which you could say were good enough to play a role but we also had the cream to do the damage. You don't build sides around certain players Crouch being one of them whereas the skill level of a Hill gives you a good start.

The money is nothing to me, the $200 - $500 I give them each year has to go somewhere (wish that were $200,000 - $500,000 )

We all love rumours to do with St KIlda and it is great that people post them.

We love better though where posters just acknowledge the source of the rumour if they have seen it somewhere, heard it on the radio etc.

Some are ITKs..and if so we can judge them on what they post.

Too much of what you have posted Ted has just been straight after it has appeared somewhere else for you to be an ITK with it. If you do actually hear a bit of ITK from a mate occasionally then you do yourself a disservice by clearing passing off bits of info as yours way, way to often.
