Well, someone mentioned to me on Sat night that Geelong missed the finals altogether last year and fans were baying for blood!! Now they have re-grouped and galloped into top 2 the next season. I don't think wholesale changes are necessary on the board - by and large doing a very good job. Maybe it's time for RB to step aside - in the interests of club stability. If we make it - we would be in 8th spot. That means we have had a better season than 8 other teams - and we finished as the 8th best team. So, yes we will deserve to be there totally.

Once the finals start - we could well make it down to the last 4. So, that would mean we have had a very good year.
