Lockett outside 50 ? most of lockett's goals would have been from around 40 metres and closer. i think he kicked a point (not a goal) for the Swans to get them into the finals I'd rather Riewoldt outside 50 - his 60% conversion is remarkable given he's a CHF not a FF like lockett who kicked them fro...

Johnson is a hard match up and Max is clearly the best man for the job - quote] Apart from the fact that Johnson is virtually another midfielder and runs up the ground gathers 30 possesions. Unless Johnson is crippled by his hip then he'd run Max off his feet. Max has had his measure up forward. Bu...

Johnson is a hard match up and Max is clearly the best man for the job - I just hope if recalled he can refocus with all the Zac/Max attention. the other concern is Max is injury prone... he has chronic hamstring problems will he be able to get through a tough match ? i'm sure all this is being weig...

If we can match their midfield and get a good spread of goals (say 9 different goal kickers including a contribution from our midfield and crumbers) we will win. We need more goals from general play and a better return from our forward 50 entries. We only had 3 more scoring shots than the Pies, when...

I don't know about relaxing .. I know we were back on track last week in most areas. but .. We need to get more efficiency out of our forward line and a spread of goals, which will make us less predictable. Thankfully Roo kicked long goals against the Pies - but we had many more F50 entries than the...

I think there's a bee's diaphragm between the Dogs, Cats and us at the moment ability wise. Attitude, courage and belief could make the difference - it's whoever has the mental strength advantage on the day. The Dogs are at their best form right now and the Cats are starting to get back to their bes...

We are in the digital age.

win = 1 = good

loss = 0 = bad

there are no grey areas - you can't have a bad win or a good loss.

average win - over an average team - rest my case
we won 80/52 = 154 %

So yes Collingwood is an average team - given that's about our average percentage over the year.

You can't argue with facts.
So we should show the finalists/contenders those facts and agree for the premiership cup to be delivered asap and without further ado.

Lockett played as a full forward - Roo is playing mainly as a CHF so a conversion rate of 60% is outstanding.

Whatever is meant to be is meant to be, just relax, enjoy and prioritise.

At the end of the day does St kilda pay our bills if we end up in hospital and need a drip ? - I exaggerate to clarify.

Of course we want the flag this year - but there's more important things in llife.

definitely an agile mid sized goal kicking forward/half forward flanker like Jurrah who would take our forward line to a new level. Our forward efficiency has been down the last few weeks - we get more than enough forward 50's so I reckon we do need a high calibre medium forward (say a 85 kg / 188 c...

No, THEY need to stop Hayes, Dal, Monty, Roo, BJ, Schnieder, Milne and a rampaging Kosi!!! Sure we need to be mindful of a few, but their concerns about our players will be greater. Of course, but that's their problem... and hopefully it'll be an insurmountable one. But the point is - if we stop th...

Sunday showed how important Pendlebury is to them. Must put some thought into him. In order: Didak, Pendlebury, Shaw IMO. Pendlebury is another one. But if you're prioritising who to stop .. Davis is very quick, runs the lines and sets things up for Collingwood with accurate long kicking. One blink...

I know you provided those odds tongue in cheek. it makes statistical sense if you're assigning equal chances to a win or a loss as you would to a Heads or Tails in a coin toss. so 3/16 x 4 (the 4 teams that finish top 4) = 12/16 and 1/16 x 4 (the 4 bottom final's teams) = 4/16 which adds up to 1 as ...

We need to stop/tag Didak, Davis and Swan

And maybe also restrict Maxwell and Shaw out of their defence.

They are the 5 key players in my opinion.

Hopefully we can do that effectively.

I'm just going to relax and enjoy the finals series. We've proven ourselves already as the best team over the home and away - now it's more about luck over the next 3 or 4 games than anything else. All things being equal Geelong is our equal and the team to beat.

It's just that Collingwood is having a great run injury wise and if luck continues to go their way and if things are not equal in that sense, sure they can win the flag.
