Re: Robert Harvey
Why does everyone think things are going so well under Ratten? Beyond the honeymoon effect all that's happened is that we've won a couple of games that we expected to win - the last one to Freo at home by the skin of our teeth (actually a less impressive result than when we played them the first ti...

Re: Goldstein
Might have been a good idea just to keep Hickey. Passable ruckman. Mobile. Good enough for the reigning premiers. Would have made for a good back-up for Marshall. I think moving Hickey on had more to do with the size of his contract, not the player himself. So now we offer Goldstein mega bucks? No.

Re: If you were on the interview panel
Hope Ratts sits down with a folder full of player info and an amazing presentation that he’s just been quietly developing at home over the past 12 months of observing the club and group. Some players may have even shown him guarded parts of their personality that he may of never seen had he just ste...

Re: Robert Harvey
I absolutely love Rob but I feel right now, Brett is the perfect guy for this playing group and the club. Looking in from afar, there seems to be really good mojo brewing down on Linton St at the moment... don’t f**k with that!

Looks great in the role already. I wonder what his list plan and playing style will be for this team when he’s interviewed for the job this week. Would love to be a fly on the wall. Go Saints!

Re: One of the worst umpiring displays I have ever seen
Funny how the match reports I've just read on the game don't even mention the umpiring....considering it was the WORST umpiring EVER.  Maybe a little bit of emotion caused someone to exaggerate Ted? Footy's a passionate game, that's for sure No. The fox commentators made repeated referen...

Re: Match Thread Saints v Dockers Round 21 2019
If the boys could just use the ball better and kick more snags then we wouldn’t have to worry too much about the hideous unprofessional level of umpiring dished out like today’s match. F**k the umps were s**t today.....absolute shiteeee

Re: Retoric says
There is a chance the deal is already done, all parties are ok with it in principal and it will be announced as soon as it legally can i.e. contracts formally signed and ratified by AFL. Public secrecy is because AFL House leaks, Saints 2020 coaching position still uncertain and Geelong want as few...

Re: Steven Hanners in
I wonder whats up with Battle? Started on the bench last week then it looked like he was playing a wing type role. Named on the bench again this week, Newnes straight onto a back flank. Before his injury, he was easily one of our biggest improvers this year. I wonder if Ratts sees him differently t...
