Re: St Kilda's AFL trade wish list: How Saints can bring in the stars and stay in the draft.
It should be just Shiel and Gaff, we shouldn't be looking at anyone else. Hanneberry is a mistake. Dunstan gets more contested ball than Aaron Hall does - about 4 or 5 more contetsted possessions/game - and is 4 or 5 years younger - so I'm not sure what sort of "contested beast" he is. We...

We will be his retirement home and nest egg provider. Bingo, this is back to the bad old days… STK FC - a place to retire on big coin. Red flags in every direction here… we are targeting a bloke with chronic injuries and a horrible form line because he is mates with Lethers? If we are going to thro...

Mc Cartin
After watching how important Jeremy MCGovern was on the weekend I couldn't help but wonder whether Paddy would suit a similar role down back? They are both similar in their physical make-up and share similar traits in that Paddy reads the play better than most (it's just that no one kicks it to his ...

Re: The Conundrum of the Hannebery Trade
I've heard it from a good source that Hannaz is coming and he'll be coming in for not much, Sydney need to free up cap space and he has told them that he doesn't want to be there. Why doesn't he want to be there? It's because he's been FORCED to play injured for the past two years. He was rushed bac...

Tom Lynch fallout
The obvious has been reported in that should Richmond land Lynch on some decent coin, there will be some decent players that would need to be let go to accommodate him. Is there any serious players that we could pinch? I like Brandon Ellis but we've got enough half-backs. Outside of that I'm not too...

I'd love to see 'saintspremiers' call Paddy a spud to his face. Real hero on the keyboard.

Re: BJ Goddard not offered new contract by injectors
the injectors don't want him then why should we take him. We need young guns, build this side to dominate for years not quick fixes... How do you develop young guns though, without good senior players around them? Not a good snr player anymore and certainly not a leader!!!!! No Thanks!!!!! “He’ll b...

Re: BJ Goddard not offered new contract by injectors
No thanks, has and has always had little to no leadership!!!!! What a rubbish post... Look at what he's done for Essendon since he's been there - he was their captain for a year and has been more of a leader than Watson ever was! He was immense as a Sainter and I reckon the majority of people would...

Re: Has Geary done a Schneider?
That was a rubbish free kick. Gears was pushed onto the ball then sat on. I'd love it for Saints to get a soft (or even valid free ffs) inside our forward 50 for once!

Re: Saints worst kicking side
BEN DIXON needs to go. It does my head in watching this bloke roll around on the boundary laughing with blokes who've just belted the stuffing out of our mob. What makes it even more infuriating is that NOT ONE 'expert' or fellow 'media star' will ask him WHY CAN"T ST KILDA KICK STRAIGHT? WHY A...

Re: Our 1st round pick! For Hannebery ?
Hannebery is a gun and exactly what we need. If we managed to get him and their first round for our first pick then that's a win every day of the week. So what if he'll be 28 next year, Monty and Roo were 33 and 34 respectively before finishing up. Roo was a physical beast but you can't argue that h...

Lovely Idea - But …… No-one will give you or anyone from this site any consideration. This is not being cynical - it is being realistic - you cannot expect Target to care whether you want the aisles running East-West rather than North-South We are consumers - we do not know what the real agenda is ...

Words can't describe how disappointing this year has been from a variety of perspectives. So as such, I am currently compiling a comprehensive feedback and improvement document to submit to the club where it will get read and hopefully, might trigger some form of action from the club. We are a minn...

I hope that Brayshaw returns to full health soon. That was shocking and unacceptable behaviour where I reckon he deserves the harshest of sanctions. That said... I hope we still get him and I think this incident has paved the way for him to get to us - He can't keep playing with the other Brayshaw i...

Re: Anyone know how Peirce went on Sat?....
Couldn't find much information about him other than he played and that he wasn't listed in the best players. I did see in the Footscray report that their ruckman worked well together and had 36 H/O's between them.

Re: POSITIVES
D-Mac was brilliant and has built a case to be one of our most improved for the year. Seb Ross was solid all night and didn't give up. Carlisle is a beast and I hope he is our next captain. Hickey was our best player IMO before getting injured. Lonie is playing for his career and it shows - a pity a...

Re: Adam Kingsley
It's been evident since the JLT matches in that our movement or 'transition' from the back line and keeping it in the forward line simply has been disgusting. We've looked unnatural and robotic all year and I think the game that really highlighted this was the one against Geelong. I know Roberton go...
