RL has all players beleiving if they do their job and are fully fit then they will keep their spots. This is the healthiest I have seen the club for a while from an attitutude perspective. I like the work our fitness guy (Misson ?) is doing with the group as whole. I think the last 12 months we seem to have been better prepared physically and less injuries.
