and at any point did you actually Barrack for the saints-?

apart from selling your membership and then not knowing how to buy a ticket your other 39 posts have not for one syllable shown any support of the Saints......

Do you follow oakleigh/ and how did they go...

It is one thing to discuss a players relative ability, talentm shortcomings etc.

It is quite another to write OPs just to slag a player. No place for OP's like this on SS IMO.

I have been going to see the Saints for 40 years.
i get really upset seeing potential talent washed own the drain.

At least the pies had the balls to drop players who did not perform and put in youngsters.

We on the other hand persisted with people who are second rate and not up to it.

Result:
We lost

Reasonable question to oakleighboy.

Had the ball sat up for milne, would you still be thinking the team is full of duds? It's a very fine line to tread.

We didn't fail completely. We pressed for another GF. Surely that's not failure.
Complete failure was sitting on the bottom of the ladder for the entire 80's.

Anyhow, I and many others have faith in the Saints and fully expect us to continue our great form for a few more years - at the very least.

i agree,.......as a general rule...bagging the players in the cold light of day is very poor form........

Its actually taken you 40 years to figure out that the Saints aren't your team. Now that's what I call a wasted life. If you think Kossie isn't worth his place in the team then don't bag him, take it up with the coach. I don't think having a rant on a footy forum will get you too far in life.
