Didn't he crash his car on the way to the hearing, or something like that?

In 1937, a pre-season practice match between St Kilda an Association neighbor (and old rival) Prahran ended prematurely. For what reason?

If anyone has "The Clubs" book, you may find a clue in there.

Hey Ric, I don't have a copy of this book you mention.
Looks like most others don't either.

Time for a hint?

Ok, I'll give a hint.

The Saints and Prahran were never friendly with each other, not in the smallest bit at all!

Hope thats helpful.

I'll give it to you, Len.

Actuslly, play was abandoned because the smaller players from each team got into a brawl.

But, you had the fighting bit, so our judges rule - your go! :D

Harves was out injured.
The farewell game for Stewie Loewe.

Who was the stand-in Captain?

Between Round 7 (25 May) and Round 8 (10 June) - 1968

St Kilda played an exhibition match on the 1st of June...

1. Who did we play against?

2. Where did we Play?

3. What was the Score?

The Saints played Carlton in Sydney on June 1, and St Kilda won 21.12 (138) to 11.14 (80).

OK -

In 1995, 5 St kilda players were in the AFLs top 35 tacklers for the year. Name any 3 (results may surprise you!).
