...and nice to see us finally get a soft one for a goal. What is it with Freo games, the umpires just lose the plot.

At the end of the day we don't play 2nd quarters well at all. Come out after HT Sainters and smash em

Very disappointing quarter but Fremantle were great.

Koschitzke has been great, probably our best.

Riewoldt's misses just deflate the team.

Clarke is beating McEvoy.

Ibbotson also limiting Montagna's effectiveness.

Take the scoreline considering how much we were outplayed in that quarter.

Goddard.

Has Kosi been transported through a time portal arriving back at the 5 game streak of 2005?

Generally we look lazy during 2nd quarters this year...the boys really put in that term, mainly having to make up for being smashed in the midfield. I'd like to see the clearances stat, it would have been very lopsided for a while.

My biggest fear with this narrow scoreline is that Hill and Fyfe have had 5 and 7 touches. Can we keep them quiet for 4 quarters?

Umpiring is worse than last week!

How can Armo be pinged for a legal bump? Have never rated pavlich much as a player - worries too much about he looks. Glad he will never play in a Gf

Kosi- inspired game. Have said for years his field passing is unreal for a big guy but no one outside the club sees that

They look like they're going the man at centre bounces to me, not the ball. Umpire hasn't picked it up at all.

Maybe something to do with all the output we give in 1st quarters. We smash teams then they come back at us. Just the way we play though. In spurts. I reckon we'll still win comfortably. Ross will sort them out.

Nothing worse than not getting reward for effort.

Chuck Goddard forward and put Riewoldt behind the ball for a while.

Need to sort out our midfield. NDS good, Goddard move great, but Monty well held. They're getting the clearances a lot more easily than us.

Yep and Steven needs to get going and Mac needs to lift his intensity. He seems to be going through the motions. I wanna see him bully Clark in the 2nd half.
