Ruck coaches are thin on the ground...so King would survive one would expect.

Will be interesting to see who Watters targets.

wouldn't be "over the moon" to see Hudghton back, but could live with it if its what the new coach wants as part of building a challenge for honours!

Will have his own people you would think...nothing against the current assistants but would like to see a fresh start...could live with Harves being the exception but he may need to spread his wings again to broaden his experience

Very Very happy with Watters, Saint Pat, I think Kingy did okay with Mcevoy's development this year, & we should all hope that the great man stays with us, I think the coach of Sandringham would be good for Banger because he will get the experience of coachung his own team, it's about building & widening his portfolio now. Probably Kingsley should be replaced with perhaps Wayne Carey ???

I believe we try to keep Kingy no doubt. He is a must keep. If Harves goes, no big deal we find a replacement but if he stays then good. I don't think we should keep Kingsley. In terms of who I want to come in. I would bring in Hudghton and although I may get shot down, Laidley.

I think King will stay, he has been credited with McEvoys improvement.

king is safe as houses. he's an excellent coach that we need to hold onto at all costs.

50/50 on banger. i agree about letting him take the VFL side. it would be great for his own development and would really bring the club together.

kingsley i am unsure on.

max hudgton would be a great get.

the forward/midfield coach is really our big worry.

Milburne and leigh brown already signed. Probably would not expect much change. Would be great to see max back.

The whispers on Laidley are correct......Would like to se him as Opposition analysis....Backline
Hudghton.......Backline assistant...

Love the sound of Alan Richardson....they have seen first hand what he could deliver....

I would offer him a crucial role...

Head of Development....which includes
Head Coach of Sandringham Seniors
Boundary Coach of St K Seniors

He would not go for that.....but a full time role with his team, plus a hands on role with StK match committee....
or try and grab Brown for that role....

I think Wayne Carey would be a great forward coach for us, especially in helping Roo.
Hate the guy, but would rather have him on our side than someone else's.

Who is brown? I didn't mean those names seriously. Was trying to ignite discussions with names of people NOT already contracted.

Interesting to see Laidley is a possible assistant...

Personally never been sold on his so called tactical brilliance - the opposition analysis he's done on TV has been statements of the obvious tbh. Unlike Lyon who (asmuch as hes loathed now) can disect a game in a very short time...

King's a funny one in that you can't fault his year with McEvoy but IMO he gets a little too much credit for it.
McEvoy, a player that is primed to step up, improved after playing a number of consecutive games... and he's played because we have no other potential rucks available

Don't get me wrong, you can't fault King for that but I do wonder if Gardiner was available, would McEvoy have played as much. I wonder of King really would have had the stones to push it with RL

Maxy would be a good addition as backline coach...
He was a player who logically had no reason to be any good whatsoever but simply used his brain to play well.
Definitely would love to have him back

Like Laidley as an opposition analysis coach... the word in circles has always been smart man, poor communicator.

Wouldn't mind seeing Harve's get the gig at Sandy... would be a great step for him for 2 seasons... otherwise I hope he keeps his spot as the midfield coach.

Don't think I rate Kingsly all that much
