the way this works technically is that it won't ask for a login only if you come directly from google - it's nothing to do with the link itself. so you can't easily link to it. people just have to do the google search and click through the results. or:
https://www.google.com.au/#hl=en&q=week ... d+whistles
the first result in the list titled "all the bells and whistles" should work correctly.
