I think Kosi has been a particularly underrated and good player for a long time not getting the respect he deserves for essentially playing the hardest role in football.

Has been a fantastic p/u for us at no2 back in 2000 and looking at the draft... only really a handful of players that carved out better careers (Didak at 3, S. Burgoyne at 12, S. Thompson at 16, possibly Petriew at 23 who started slower... and a handful of players that have been pretty good in Johncock, Newman and McPhee). That not including the intrinsic value he has brought to the club which we obviously can't measure.

I think he's pbly finished now... especially when you factor in our teams generally low skill set to be able to hit him on the chest. The loss of agility simply makes him too much of a liability when the ball hits the deck.

But seriously he did win the rising star in his first year.

Assuming he doesn't finish in our top 10 this year (safe bet),
then it is one top ten B&F finish in 12 years.

That is simply not good enough.
Tonight he was hopeless.

We were literally a man short.

If we can't make the 8 in R23 we should bring him back for a farewell game as a mark of respect for his efforts.
If we are still in the finals mix, then tonight was his last game.

I dont bag that many players actually, just one, sometimes two, usually just the one.

I dont intend to contribute anything to this forum other than my opinion, that is what it is, an opinion forum. you know what my opinion is on that one player. i have no doubt you will still go on a defending rampage and tell me just how good his one disposal was, so please tell me.

My opinion on the team though, we can go a long way. great youth comming through and a strong game plan, there are just a small number of players letting us down. Next year will be interesting.

Look, Kosi has been a good player for us, but not for a long time. Sadly, his form doesn't warrant senior selection at this stage in his career and should not be in the seniors just for the sake of having a tall player. A black mark on our recruiters for not getting enough good talls on the list in the last few years.
