even with its increased capacity , Saints supporters will be hard pressed getting a ticket .
We could all camp at Dr Spaceman's mansion for the weekend . but seriously; a night game in Geelong in July !!
NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

This is pretty much the only thing that really bugged me about this fixture. Playing Geelong in Geelong. We pull pretty good crowds and they expect Saints supporters to fit in to the stadium at Geelong? Really, really bugs me.......
As for the expected slide in our performance, I don't think so. Time will tell I suppose.....
8 twilight games (have the lowest crowd support) the most out of any club with four on Sun.
About time the club came out and had an official complaint about it.
Why aren t they spread amongst all the lower clubs if they dont want to offend the rich clubs.

The upside seems to be that the games against this year's better teams are almost all at Etihad (whether home or away). Crap for the $$$, but at least a better chance of a win. And only one in Perth. But I agree 100% with 70s sainter about the damned twilight games ...

Exactly.
And hardly any day games.
Clearly families with you kids is not a priority for our club yet again.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
There will always be something to complain about with such a fixture, but as far as I can see this is a very decent draw with very little to complain about..

half a dozen twilight games means you can get the kids home early.
better still leave the kids with your wife or get a baby sitter.
Lance or James??

Yeah, it is a night game as well. It'll be the first time we'll make a road trip down to Sleepy Hollow since 2004.
Have missed our clashes with them down there. Although, it was always a long trip back home if we lost to them, which was the case on many occaisions. Mind you, if you're catching the train back and we win, it's like a party atmosphere in the train carriages.
The availability of tickets will be interesting. I guess it may also depend on how well both teams have progressed in the course of the season.
Curb your enthusiasm - you’re a St.Kilda supporter!!
the first 8 weeks is going to drain the sh!t out of my bank account.
"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."

Stinks.
7 interstate games plus Geelong is crap also.
And two home games at the G is no good either.
4 Sunday Twlight sucks also.
Not happy jan.
Its all about you. I like the draw so now its about me. The less day games the better. Harden your kids up. late nioghyts wont effect them in a years time let alone 10.
I find it funny you guys are worried about getting into Geelong , In recent time we can't even get St Kilda fans too come to away games at the MCG! so i have my Doubt's it will be a sell out. By the time of the game the ground will hold 35000 and its a sat night so the game will be live on seven.
