Bull Murdoch
Get Bull Murdoch in there this week. Id rather see him in there than Milera at this stage.
Good news is Saunders and Bull Murdoch - both first year players are consistent at VFL level. That has to be good news.

Re: Bull Murdoch
Big body back flanker who should go into the mid field long term. Big bro at Geelong and has the Chapman size body already not really a forward.

Re: Bull Murdoch
Ive been calling him Hulk after the Marvel Comics character. But Bull is a good one too.
If he is fit he really should be playing.

Re: Bull Murdoch
That would be Brodie Murdoch - 188 cm, 78 kg. Born 1994.
"A solidly built mid-sized forward, Murdoch was drafted by the Saints at pick 40 in the 2012 AFL National Draft.
A graduate of the AIS academy, Murdoch has already played senior SANFL football for Glenelg and impressed with his athleticism, vertical leap and marking ability.
The youngster has a penetrating left foot, and while he has played most of his junior football as a forward, he also possesses the tools to play in defence."

Re: Bull Murdoch
Dunno about 93, you've gotta have those massive Josh Hunt/Jimmy Gwilt thighs to get to that sort of weight at his height. Definitely more than 78 though.mightysainters wrote:78kg? i doooont fink sooooo... looks about 93kg
Re: Bull Murdoch
Just shorten it to Murder
I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

Re: Bull Murdoch
Didn't realise his nickname was Bull.
A few fans used to refer to David Sierakowski by that. I think it was originally his father's nickname.

Re: Bull Murdoch
It was Scott Watters who called him a 'Bull'
Watters was similarly pleased with the resilience and character of his young players. "They're a great group. They're not top-five draft picks, but jeez they've got some character.
"Brodie Murdoch is going to be a bull, is going to be a terrific player at this football club. Josh Saunders' appetite for the contest is terrific. We've seen Nathan Wright over, I think it's his third game now, I might be cutting him one short. Another player that loves the contest.

Re: Bull Murdoch
I didn't think he showed much at all in his 1.25ish senior games. He looked a bit lost and done by the pace of the game. No doubt he learned a lot and will be better for it.
