How'd we get close to West Coast? According to whats on here Bruce Webster Weller Billings Newnes Gilbert Paddy Lonie Savage all are no good and not playing up to standard. Throw in the mid field that apparently has issues. We then go to Perth which is basically the hardest road trip of all have the umpires ream us and we still should have beat them.
Now our coach plays favourites and refuses to change or learn.
I think most people have been pro Lonie this week.
And we had 17 blokes who all played very well and very tough.
Not that hard to comprehend.
The Eagles also are not ' the best'.

West Coast at Perth is the toughest road trip. We apparently played them with 17 and got close. Yep makes sense.

They are near impossible to beat in Perth and will definitely finish in the top 5. Midfield are elite and the forward line is better than average.
Twelve home games almost ensures them of a finals spot. They've already won one on the road so they are a lock for September. We should've beaten them, pure and simple. We had plenty of chances. Webster, Savage and Gilbert are not the future. Long, McKenzie, White, Sinclair, Freeman* and Goddard are. We are on track. That was a massively encouraging effort. In 2018, we win that one running away.

I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

Outside of Shuey, Yeo, Gaff
They were rubbish
They play an uncontested, zoning piece of s*** GP that won't get them anywhere
Oh now it's the West Coast was poor dribble - every team looks poor when they are losing - nothing to do with the way the opposition team are playing though is it
Why can't people just admit that we pushed to the limit one of the better sides in the league interstate where we have had massive issues recently and with a smidgeon of luck would have taken home the bacon.
Is that too hard to comprehend? Or would everyone had been happier that we got smashed by 15 goals like the last two times we played them?

Spot on ...Last week folks were saying if we get to within 40 we have done well.
