Where is Hugh Goddard at?

Post: # 1724548Post theoracle »

For those out there closer to how Sandringham are going - where is Hugh Goddard at? We have lost Dylan Roberton for the season and it seems like the time for someone in his 4th year of football (injury free now I am assuming) to be good and ready to go, yet Hugh never seems to come up in conversation. Is he injured again? Is he playing? Where is this guy at?

HJ was as slow as a wet rag a few years back before he got injured.

Unless something dramatic has happened with his leg speed I reckon he’s toast. Mind you, at St Kilda every player is given 5 years tonrive themselves before being delisted.

May as well sign him up until end of 2020 just in case.....

Was pretty awful today against Box Hill, looks slow. He was moved forward after 1/2 time but had zero impact.

Thought he was pretty good in first half down back.
Went forward at half time and didn’t get near it.
Logan Austin and Clavarino both looked miles off the pace too.
Box Hill big forwards took a lot of marks.
Rice was solid without doing anything too special. Is hard at it and tackles strongly.

Goddard can only play CHB, because he reads the game and kicks well, but is too slow to play anywhere else.

Austin and Clavarino both move really well and just need to put on a bit more muscle to mix it with power marking forwards.

Rice will definitely not make it, because he is too slow (Carlscum dodged a bullet there).

Did anyone notice his kick for goal from within 40m after the final siren (it didn't even make the distance!).

its time to make a name for yourself like you've never made before!

At least the mandatory 3 delistings at the end of the year will be easy, even for our mob!
