I don't think so. Elle would be a superb CHF like Wayne Carey. She would glide across the ground like a sylph and kick long goals from both sides without a hair out of place.

I am not trying to compare ability, but if I was to chose a "plays like" it would be Jayden Stephenson.. similar build, height, speed and position.. both run without much knee lift yet are both really quick

I hope really Parker is actually good at AFL level and makes an impact!

Hoping he will be the next Tim Kelly for us. I think Hind and Young will go ok too. These guys have been given a chance as ready made players so to speak so lets hope they grasp this chance with both hands like a Hulk Hogan wrestling move.

Just watched his highlights reel again and if he can emulate 50% of that at AFL level Im happy ...I know highlight reels can be misleading but I like the way he moves and is happy to back himself and run.

He is the one out of the 3 mature age recruits that will more likely make an impact in 2019.
There really is some competition to get spots now a lot of similar level players vying for positions and these 3 mature age recruits will be ready to go straight away.
Parker has something and it will be interesting with Ben Long how this plays out.

I'm with you all the way on Matt Parker , saintsapremier, like you I believe he will be a revelation and provide tremendous grunt both on the ball and in the forward line.

Parker is the sort of player St Kilda have rarely had, expect him to be much like the Dockers Michael Walters, mercurial, hard running, tough as nails and a game breaker when on song.

I think the point is that he has grunt, maybe a bit of mongrel which we haven't had for years !
Very frustrating watching other teams stomp all over us
Hopefully that will change now with him and a few others in the team

There was a reason probably several why he was a late start pick so I am not getting my hopes up. Not being negative more realistic. Good news is that he seems to be in good condition and knows this is his one shot. He thought he would go As A rookie pick so that is how I view him.
