Well, McKenzie's disposal and occasional brain fades have made an impact on Ratten. My guess is that the former coach was championing McKenzie because of his courage, but maybe the new coach values good decision making and disposal more, especially off half back

From what I gather, Ben Long is being rested. I thought he was pretty good against Geelong.

D-Mac's omission I can understand, but how Newnes keeps his spot I'll never know. I thought he had a real chance to redeem himself during the last quarter against Geelong with that set shot. Sure, it wasn't an easy shot, but a good player, fighting to keep his spot in the team makes that shot count.

So Parker is back in after one week and without even playing at Sandy. He needs to pull his finger out (is that the right saying??) and start playing team footy and stop giving away free kicks all the time.

So Parker is back in after one week and without even playing at Sandy. He needs to pull his finger out (is that the right saying??) and start playing team footy and stop giving away free kicks all the time.

That's the key, bring the pressure, stick tackles and use his pace. Stop the undisciplined, careless free kicks, that kills him and us. Oh, please get more of the ball because he's a good user & makes things happen.
