Yep, every flag winner will struggle to hold players.
They'll be in great demand from other clubs.
Whatever KPIs and triggers were in their contracts, the must have met or exceeded if they were in the 22.

And Jackson played junior footy for Bull Creek-Leeming, very close to Shelley.
Shelley, as a suburb, can compare to Camberwell, Hawthorn or Kew in Melbourne, in a socio-economic sense.
He must be homesick- he's 20 y.o. and misses family.
He would have been rapt to come to Perth for the GF last year.

That makes sense. Premiership player who potentially wants to return to Perth. Maybe he’d come to St Kilda instead.
But we would turn him into a spud like we did with Steele and Membrey.
