A lot will depend on which TWO teams are playing.....
If say Cats versus WC you will have lot of competition......
Cats fans grabbing everything local...and cashed up Miners from way out west buying packages....
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....
If we are in it, we will have a certain number of allocated tickets for Social Club members. These will first be taken up by "premium" SC members, who have been SC members for over 3 years, then regular SC members, then regular members.
people who work at the G (me) can steal an extra uniform and sneak you into the ground

Tickets are sold on ebay but you have to be careful because some that are put up for sale are fakes.
Be carefull
Tickets that are now sold on ebay will be deemed invalid. As hawking tickets are now illegal. You may get away with it but you may get done too. They really cracked down on for the big day out I think a heaps of tickets were made invalid because of people trying to sell them on ebay.
Sports Event Ticketing (Fair Access) Act 2002 appears to be relevant legislation.
I think its only Grand Final tickets (as opposed to other final matches) that it applies to. Where its illegal to sell at a price higher than face value. Although I didn't bother actually reading the statute.
thats why I said be carefull if it is a bidding war then get the tickets and find you paid $10 over the actual cost rock up on the day and the ticket has been cancelled. Yes there are ways to hide the number ect but wouldn't that increase the cases of fakes as well?
yeah, that was probably me!
all you need to do is put on a record t-shirt and a bum-bag and you are in! the pass-out people let you in so you can sell inside, and usually the people are so happy you get a good $100 out of it! one guy had $150 on him to buy a ticket and he said i can have it but i told him im not having that much for a 20sec job, but he said if i dont take at least 100 he is going to tell security what he did! lol
