I can't wait to see him play, his brother (or the other connors, don't know if they're related) looks the goods and IMO would be decent money for the rising star...

I can't wait to see him play, his brother (or the other connors, don't know if they're related) looks the goods and IMO would be decent money for the rising star...

His brother Daniel who is at the Tigers looks very handy, and a player i was hoping we would have taken at #27 last yr. How he slipped as far as #58 or so last yr was surprising

was taken the pick before we got jarryd allen i believe

i remember hoping after seeing he was still avaiable he would slip till the allen pick..was shattered when i heard richmond call his name out

oh well...allen looks the goods

I think I would of prefered if we took him over Howard

Then again I would love it if Howard went and proved me wrong by becoming an elite player... very doubtful though...

I notice that there aren't any "skins" logos on their jumpers. Does this mean that we might have a different, higher profile apparel sponsor lined up for 2008 and beyond ?!!

I'd like to bet that most of the people bagging these kids about their looks are no oil paintings themselves.

These guys are people first, footballers second, some of their family and friends may read this crap...

How about you guys post a picture of your selves and the rest of us will rate your looks and physique, and you guys couldn't get a kick in a stampede to boot.

I don't think it would be anything like that however I would love it if we could move to Adidas or even back to Puma...

Last season i seem to recall Gardiner in a jumper without any logos, I think the club just have completely blank jumpers and we didn't want to give Bills Express/ Vodafone any publicity they don't deserve...

I understand where everyone is coming from but I really think people need to get over it a bit, we can't be holding the players' hands thoughout their whole careers, they are going to cop a lot worse, they're big boys I'm sure that they can take it...

No.

They are just wearing generic jumpers. There will be no sponsors on them at all.
