Was Richo's performance enhanced?

Post: # 560030Post Sainternist »

No, I'm not going to say that he looks like he's on the juice  and I won't take anything away from him in that he's playing great footy, but he would have been pretty stoked to have gone out there tonight and not seen a bloke wearing the number 8 jumper for the Saints.

How would most of you say the overall perfomance of our defence went without Max?

Liked his play on the wing in the first half.

Richo is a mighty mighty fine player ans doesn't get enough respect around the league a true great of the game.

A quality bloke with a big heart.

He kept the tigers going tonight don't worry about that

Certainly missed him..although I reckon he'd have taken Brown

Richmond looked dangerous every time they went inside 50

yeah, I thought they battled extremely well whent he pressure was really on. Just Max has been able to contain Richo for pretty everytime they have played on each other.

Even before Roo hurt his knee i believe his knee's have been effecting him and that's why he hasn't been playing the role.

I have never seen roo spend so much time in the forward 50 in a season he usually is up on the wings and gut running all day surely injury must've been holding him back.

why was it that he didnt have an opponent once he went more than 70m away from his attacking goals.

Western Bulldogs used the exact same tactic against richo so it's a common theme.

I think Lyon knows hes been getting 3 goals a week from him and nothing from gehrig...he needs him close to goal at present with our disfunctional fwd set up

Richo played a great game. The worst game Sam Fischer has played is years, he's allowed one bad one........ 8-) But I'm sure it would have been a different story if Max had of been playing.
