it was our first away game there, and it was the biggest win that we had ever had at the ground.

Bingo! :D

The game was in R2 of 1970, the Saints were, ironically, the first visitors at Fitzroys new home.
The win by the Saints was bigger than any we had enjoyed at the Junction during the 64 years we used it as a home ground!

Your turn, HSVKing.

Technically, your answer was an appropriate one, jed. However, not to be all game show host, but it wasn't the answer I was looking for, in that the question was posed in specific relation to the Junction Oval.

OK, I got one...

Round 17 2002

St Kilda played Freo

We were down at half time....

What was GTs master stroke just before half time that changed the game for us in the second half.

Clue, GT made two positional changes.

One was moving Riewoldt to centre half back, and I am pretty sure he may have moved Gehrig forward.
Both of these guys had big second halfs.

Spot on HD

Riewoldt had 10 disposals in the 3rd and 7 in the last
17 disposals in the second half (24 for the match)

Gehrig kicked 3:3 in the second half, after playing in the backline in the first half.

In the same game one Saint who had been quiet all day stepped up and kicked 2 goals in a minute in the third quarter to give us the lead. One was from a spectactular mark.
Who was that player?

In our last game at Waverley, a loss to the Roos, 2 players kicked 3 goals each. One was Stewart Loewe, who was the other one?
