exactly right spinner, they aren't going to win many friends giving cookie-cutter, cliched responses.
We get enough of those from the suits in Canberra, how about giving it to us straight???
if it was so unamanious why is it being described as a marathon meeting?

I bought a shirt from Target once.
It had a hard tag on it too.
I know how Dal feels.

Was it a cop out to say that the boards decision was from a football and list management point of view?
In reality that should have been up to the football department, who by all reports were for Ben being at the club.
Perhaps it was with respect to Ben, or perhaps for fear of being shunned by the media or community for excluding Ben on drug or "dodgy associate" related issues.

If the so called "Global Financial Crisis" hadn't happened, football clubs would be able to manage their player lists without interference from sponsors.

He will find it hard to win a brownlow when he wont be playing in the AFL.Saintschampions08 wrote:Almost makes me want to see Ben come close to another brownlow next year just to put it up to the corporate idiots.
Have lost a lot of respect for the wild goose chase our corporates have been running the last few months...
