Confusing my cliches.
He limited Davey's impact on the game, Davey didn't have an inside 50 and he has been in pretty good form for the Demons.
Jones just needs to back himself with shots in the forward 50. He is definitely one of our most improved players though. Runs and runs and his disposal is getting a lot better.

Davey can't play against us. He's now played on Baker, Xavier Clarke, Gram and Jones on different occasions. I don't think he's ever had a good game against us. His 19 touches tonight were of little consequence for his team. He didn't turn the ball over, but he didn't make things happen either.
Jones didn't have his best game either though. He butchered the ball a bit. I'm not overly concerned though. I like patterns.
Wells next week?

He totally quelled davey's influece...
Every time he got the ball, he flew off a frantic handball, knowing Clint was on his tale... often putting his teammates in danger!
Clint did a fantastic job again last night, and i think is becoming one of the leagues best taggers! We should be so proud to have him!

Again the RL post-match interview tells a different story.
Most here (including myself) are keen to give CJ the points in his battles against Kerr and Davey. But when asked by media "Decent battle...I'd probably give the points to Kerr/Davey" (paraphrased).
Hope CJ doesn't get disheartened by this, and I'm assuming the feedback he gets directly from coach differs greatly from what we get told in the press.
