Too many here very quick to discount many of our guns who have been injured. How many times do we hear "the games past him by"
Bakes is a gun and integral to this team! Onya bakesfan!

I'd hate to be going 1v1 against Bakes...
I suspect a lot of players might feel the same way too.

Hasn't wasted a disposal, either.
Bakes will kill himself trying in a G.F!

Clinton Jones.. heir apparent...I will change my moniker to 'JonesFan' when Baker retires... CJ's a hard worker and deserves more accolades.

Brilliant game - needed to stand up tonight as did a number of others who may be dropped if they don't improve (Gram for instance)
Great team effort today - 478 disposals?!!! That's phenomenal!

alot of them were 'junky' kicks around the backline.... it's his tackling, pressure, and never-say-die stuff that gets me excited... "Delicious"

I'd sayt that for all those muppets that have been calling for bakes to be dropped you haven't got a clue.
this guy brings to the team way more than week to week stats.

Sorry my last post was written wrong - what I meant was a number of other players including Baker needed to stand up and prove they deserved their place in the side - Gram was one of them. He passed also, excellent game from gram, Baker, Clarke was also solid, one of the best games he has played.

Not thinking too far ahead, but I can see Bakes playing that sort of game in a grand final. Brilliant today and imo he'll be absolutely invaluable in finals.

Agree, his best game since back, awe-inspiring and good use of the ball.

Love the Bakes...the guy is a deadset psycho ...his harassing had me laughing to myself.
Has to be any players nightmare to know that he will have Bakes on him.

Baker was great today, a real tough nut. Imposed himself physically quite a few times. Liked it when he was fighting that Crows player on the grass

Best served cold I believe. My only query is what have people got against Muppets? It should not be a perjorative. I like Miss Piggy & Co. If you want to slag someone, call them an Akerman - now's there's a piece of .....
