2 losses in 2 weeks we should've won blindfolded. Makes me feel like a Saints supprter again.

The answer is certainly not true unless we learn from losses like this.

Basics and turnovers are becoming a problem and 59 points wont win finals.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Hang in there Saints fans. It's a whole new season when the finals start. I don't know what the final destination will be... but let's enjoy the ride, this is a great team.

Well done North though. Hope we are doing this training loading stuff, because we sure have hit a trough. Only one kick in either the last two games, but nevertheless!

The majority treated it as a practice match IMHO with their minds on a fortnight and preservation

poor kicking also

I hope it was case of heavy legs from vamped up training ,,,tapering or whatever but I've got my doubts

I don't mind losing when I know 22 of our blokes have had a dip.... but when we prance around the paddock like a bunch of scared girls(no offence girls), it's a bit hard to take.

im engaged to a bombers man...been hearing that we are pretenders all week...
my father in law is a roos fan and as we speak i having to listening to the club song on repeat. his in his element.

i on the other hand booked a hoilday late last year to travel for half work half personal leaving 10th sep for 4 weeks. ofcourse having never witnessed a season like this sold my airfare tickets and accomindation for barly half price less then 3 weeks ago.
so here i am, the butt of all the jokes, not sure whether to laugh or cry.
what would you other mad sainters have done??? I hope we get our hunger back. Our winning pressure and drive back.
because come that one day in september, if im not at the mcg screaming these boys on, ill only be able to dream of the prymids with these weasles (partner and his dad) egging me on.

Baker, Dawson, Milne, Dal Santo, Clarke, Gardiner.

Put in or f**k off to Sandringham.

I know it's only one week and I know I type angry, but football is a serious, tough business. Get real all the f**king time you're out there or don't bother putting on your boots. Simple as that.

Notr even close to good enough.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

I'm as pi$$ed off as the rest of you.
Until I think about the fact that we played like a team who had nothing at all to play for. And then realised that we had nothing at all to play for. I'm sure we'll be right in two weeks.

Great, Play finals! Play well all year and win then lose intensity, dont run as hard, skills dont meet demand and play outside the corridor just prior to the fnals with a score of 59 points.

If we repeat that scoreline we will go out in 2 games.

Not the time to be flirting with form that's for sure. Let's just hope the resting of certain players in a certain game hasn't thrown us off track ala Thomas' trip to the movies. I know I'm over-reacting but....

Well what can I say, Im still a bit shell shocked.Whats going on ? I realize we carnt lose top spot & there's nothing to gain by winning as far as points go but that effort was nothing short of pathetic.I'm a proud passionate supporter & I can cope with being beaten (my god i've seen plenty) but todays effort was embarrassing. It not all doom & gloom but we have given teams a real sense that we are vulnerable & imo thats not good coming into the finals.Thank god that Melbourne carn't afford to win next week or we might be in trouble again. Now is the time for Lyon to get a handle on whats happening & put Luke Ball back in the team for starters forget about playing Max in the 2's again & get some team spirit back .Near on 60 entries inside the 50 for 8 goals I rest my case

Time for the club to find the best sports psychologist in the country to come and give the boys a sermon

they need a good check-up from the neck up collectively! (Amen)
