If we had, we would have won more flags. Any team, from any era, in any finals system, that won three finals in a row was the premier. Under the current system, double chance teams only get to lose their first game and then must win three in a row.

imo it's a flawed system that doesn't significantly reward the team that finishes top. but those are the rules that we play under.

we showed we're the best team in it over 22 rounds of home and away football, but as ross said at his press conference that now means nothing.

we'll just have to prove it all over again in the next month.

this is our chance and some players may never get another crack at it. this is no dress rehearsal. the time is now.

We finally have something to play for after a month of meaningless practice matches. I'm confident we'll be able to flick the switch on again, starting from next week.
