O'Donohue, Playfair, Joel MacDonald (PSD), Robert Shirley, Gilmore, Tom Lee, Cleve Hughes
Delisted players have to decide to nominate - that is why there was a closing date today.

but it would appear they can delay and only nominate for pre-season draft- as Mcphee and Ploak will and those above may.

My other thought on this is that by nominating but with no hope of being selected Allen keeps getting some payment from the end of October up until the National draft date.

Yes I was responding to a couple of posters who thought that being delisted automatically qualifies a player for the ND
Maybe I should have written 'I don't think being delisted automatically..... '

Also there will be delisted players who nominate only for the PSD - like Bradshaw and Joel MacDonald

Can Fisher go to the rookie list now?
Only if no-one selects him in the National and Pre-Season Drafts and St Kilda is first to call his name in the rookie draft.

He would then become 1 of a maximum allowable 2 mature age rookies.

Call my logic crazy...but I would have thought that every pick we use might be best utilised selecting someone who might actually play a game for either us or Sandy sometime in the future ?
