Llane Spandermann?

Post: # 487264Post woooosaints »

worth looking at? known attitude problems but great ruckman

rd 1 - 12 possies 22 hitouts (backing up beeck! they had 50 hitouts between the 2!) opposition ruck 15 hitouts 3 possies
rd 2 - 13 possies 14 hitouts (2nd ruck to beeck) opposition ruck had 6 & 7 hitouts
rd 3 - 12 possies 15 hitouts 1 goal (looks like beeck and he shared ruck duties) opposition had 14 & 7 hitouts
rd 4 - 19 possies 6 hitouts 1 goal 2 (2nd ruck to beeck who had 28 hitouts) opposition had 16 & 9 hitouts
rd 5 - 21 possies 24 hitouts 1 goal - opposition had 12 & 6 hitouts
rd 6 - 19 possies 8 hitouts (2nd ruck to beeck) - opposition had 22 & 7 hitouts
rd 8 - 28 possies 22 hitouts - opposition (Griffiths) had 12 possies & 22 hitouts
rd 9 - 19 possies 11 hitouts 2 goals (2nd ruck to beeck) - Newick caned beeck at this one, looks like Newick rucked alone virtually!
rd 10 - 19 possies 18 hitouts 1 goal - beeck had 13 hitouts, opposition rucks had 12 & 5 hitouts
rd 11 - 27 possies 24 hitouts - opposition had 9 & 3 hitouts
rd 12 - 16 possies 27 hitouts - opposition had 21 & 4 hitouts
rd 14 - 17 possies 16 hitouts (played back up ruck man to Lyster who had 19 hitouts 3 possies) - opposition had 18 & 4 hitouts
got injured at this point, played 2 games in this time with limited game time and average returns.
rd 23 - 21 disposals, 18 hit outs 3 goals 1 (lyster 2nd ruck with 11 HO - opposition ruck had 10 & 13 hitouts

those were his stats last year in the WAFL

A back up in the WAFL wont make the AFL rucking. Already been at 2 teams, Would have stayed at the Lions if they thought he had any chance of coming through. I dont think they had Leunberger at that stage

Besides, we can't have a Schneiderman and a Spandermann.

Was convicted and lucky to escape a jail sentence earlier in the year for acting as an accomplice in an aggravated assault.

Too short for a first ruck and not mobile enough for a permanent forward.

We'd have been better off keeping Nick Stone.

They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.

Why not Spaanderman and Angwin as your ruck combination?

Too much baggage.

His father would be tough to handle as well.
