Gilbert Max Geary/Gwilt/Blake

Howard Riewoldt BJ

Gram S Fisher Jones

Charlie Kosi Dal Santo

McQualter Allen Birss

King Hayes Ball

Int: McEvoy Armo Joey ,Harvey

Out: Gardi, Schneider, Dempster (all injured) Milne, Blake/Geary/Gwilt

In: Kosi, McEvoy, Armo, Allen, Howard, Birrs

Geary.....may be on thing ground to be drropped back to get more midfield time at Casey. Geary, Gwilt or Blake to be omitted.

Now I have beena bit enthusiastic here...and the coaches may not want to make as many changes.

However for the exercise I have

I have moved Roo to CHB for several reasons:
1/ we need to stop Pav
2/Roo has no faith in his kicking at goal at present
3/ I want to play allen and Kosi..and neither are quick enough for CHB.

We need more talent in the midfield...so I have put Sam Fisher there and Gram is to also not spend anytime in defence. BJ will rotate through the midfield but will mainly play back.

Milne has been dropped to send a message that we need 4 quarters from him. His last few weeks have not been good enough.

Yes it is time to start TANKING.

Bring in young kids and give them a chance to develop.
They will learn much faster and St Kilda does not need the wins.

It won't happen because Ross Lyon can not be trusted to act in the club's best interest.
He can feel the axe on the back of his neck.
Ross Lyon needs the wins in a futile attempt to convince fools that he can coach.

Grant Thomas was a poor match day tactician and obstinately refused to flood even when it was necessary.
But Grant Thomas got far more out of this list with far more players missing due to injury than Ross Lyon has suffered this year.

If you think Grant Thomas was a failure you give him 49%.
But then Ross Lyon must get 9%

The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

Your company is going to go out of business because another company used AI.

I'd rather see us win and get in the top 8, I'm sure the club, it's sponsors and anyone associated with the '09 membership drive would want to see it too.

I'd be happy to see that sort of line up this week....we just can't keep presenting the same side every week,it just doesn't cut it....

I wonder if Ross would ever play Roo at CHB,in fact,i wonder if Roo would ever ask to play at CHB......

The injuries we have sustained will save the skins of a number of players (Blake and Gwilt in particular) ...we havent really swung the axe all season and despite all the rhetoric not sure if we will now..also depends if Banger and Kosi come up.

Simple fact is, we're not good enough. On current form, there's probably only 2 sides worse than us, not 8.

won't disagree - hopefully we're playing one of them this week.

But given we have played so poorly its a decent question to ask HOW we've won 5 of 12? Is quality of the group high enough to play such uninspired, lazy footy and still be competitive (against poorer teams), or is the game plan that good that we can play this way and still overcome many teams?

That's not really a fact though, that's an opinion. :D

Playing our entire rookie list won't improve our chances of winning, the playing group doesn't seem to be gelling already, so why make wholesale changes to inject rookies? Put 'em in now, with half the season left, I reckon you end up with a pile of dejected rookies who've played in 12 losses who have been beaten from pillar to post.

Besides, you guys are closer to the action than me, from what I've seen posted I was under the impression a lot of them haven't been setting the world on fire in the two's anyway, is that right?
