If Sydeny/Lions Lose....

We are a slight chance and % will have no bearing against Sydney. Friday basically got us a position in the 8. Next week decides if we can finish top 4.

Win the remaining 7 games and 4th is ours. I'd say that if we beet the Hawks this week that that will be the mindset of the team so from that point of view this weeks game is for a spot in the top 4.

RL has already suggested via a comment made earlier this week that we are only a couple of games behind top four so I'm thinking that he is also thinking top 4 should be our aim.

We are only 6 points behind fourth tonight.

Top 4 has to be the goal.

Our draw has openend up dramatically.

West Coast and Freo are both looking to next year which means two trips to Perth aren't as menacing as they appeared at the start of the season.

The Hawthorn and Collingwood games will decide our season, (I have a feeling that 14-8 might be enough to steal 4th if we can improve our percentage) go 1 & 1 in these two and win the rest 4th coud be attained.

The season is shaping a little like 2005 if we can kick into gear in the home stretch...
