I would not like to see...

Cousins to the Saints
Kosi to the Dogs
Farren Ray to Collingwood

Call me parochial but I feel rather attached to the big feller, Kosi.

I wouldn't worry simon old son....none of those will happen... Cousins either at Collingwood or staying with the Eagles/Kosi going nowhere/Farren Ray to Sydney ...put your house on it 8-)

LOL.........Aah that's comforting, St. Pat.....the things you hear on the bush telegraph.

I suspect those devilish Dogs might be up to a bit of wishful thinking.

Cousins isnt at the Eagles to stay there. He will be with us or Collingwood next year but that will have nothing to do with Kosi as we can just take him the PSD if he chooses us.

A great sense of regret and missed opportunity if we were silly enough...

6 feet 4 ruckman/ forwards/backmen are a rare commodity...it's not Kosi it 's the structure around him...he needs to be a pinch hitter forward /relieving ruckman rather than a key forward

...Still think the CHB is not out the question with Goddard moving forward.

Reports coming out of the west tonight were very strong that the Eagles were having a rethink re Cousins..

Don't want to lose a player of his quality with little in return..

Still think Collingwood the most likely otherwise...

Would be happy to be wrong

What I am saying is he is much a WCE player as a saints player. They have already lost him and got nothing for him. It will cost them more than us to get him back.

ed get a player and some salary cap relief to go for someone decent. problem with kosi is hes not a ruckmen 9too short) and not a KPP (not agile enough). so he just in no-mans land. evryone reckons he is 2 players in one. but he is neither. he close to be bosth and close to being everything but he just falls short - and ends being a nothing.

Not gonna happen. Ray's spent the year in the VFL and the Doggie's first pick will be tied up with Ayce Cordy, any trade involving Ray and Kosi would wind up with us getting royally screwed.

Who on our list would take his spot if we did trade him?

McEvoy? Not for 2 years.
Van Rheenen? give me a break
Gardiner? He's done and dusted, unreliable backup at best.
J. Blake?
McGrath? Not for 3 years.

Surely anyone would just be guessing, how could they confirm or deny?

Cousins in. Kosi stays. Dal stays.

Solved...unless my deal comes through:

We give Kosi & 14 to Bulldogs...

Who then give 14, 13 & Ray to West Coast...

...who then give us Kerr.

:D
