Surely someone is taking the pi*s...

Either that or I'm being extremely mean...

If the latter, I apologise...

I find it hard to believe that someone can handle signing up to a forum, adding an avatar, creating threads, and then spell like that.

Nat I think you're around 13/14 years of age from memory. I know this may seem harsh but your spelling and grammar is appalling, and if it isn't corrected soon it may cost you an excellent education in life (and if anyone tells you that an education isn't that important, they are a dead set moron).

Please ask for some help and advice off your parents and teachers!

I know you're not a troll Nat as I've enjoyed reading some of your posts. You obviously love the Saints and the more supporters we have like you the better we are going to be.

Unfortunately this OP is like you've typed it with a mouth full of marbles.

Yes I do think Armo will play but maybe a few weeks off.

It would be nice to think that we will have no more injuries this year. However, it is unlikely. He appears to be one of the four or five who are waiting for their shot. He is a bit younger than those who have shown so much improvement this year, but we might be surprised. At the moment, all he can do is make the most of his games with Sandringham and watch and learn from players like Lenny, Luke and Clinton.

And on your spelling, the latest Google Toolbar has a spellcheck "thingie" which works wonders for us all.

Does anyone see Luke Ball trotting to the bench at the start of each quarter and think that the club may rest him before or just after the split round to freshen him up ? seems obvious he has a niggle - is playing about 60% game time.

I thought as an in-and-under replacement, Armo would be a the main one to consider if thats the path we take.

Any thoughts?

I thought saintnat was a girl?
Perhaps it's just the typing that's the problem rather than the spelling.

Maybe Nat is so excited when he or she wants to get something off his/her chest that he/she isn't taking time to think through the spelling, or maybe just not hitting the correct keys. Slowing down and proof reading might help, but nobody should be excluded from sharing their thoughts because they are a poor speller.

Haha  I can see how that could be seen to be a handicap.
Still I've been able to rise above the restrictions of my home town and resist barracking for the horrible team that resides here!
Thanks for offerring to help with an avatar. I'll have a think and PM you soon. :)

I really think Armitage would be perfectly suited to our style at the moment.

If he played on Sunday his disposal wouldn't have been our worst and he wouldn't have been our slowest player out there either.

He absolutely loves to get stuck in and would thrive in our high-pressing/tackling game plan and has shown already that he has an eye for goal.

Just needs to be ready to take his chance with both hands when it comes and then hold onto it like grim death.

leave the poor poster alone
what type of spirit is this
sure, obviously there are mistakes.
how would you feel if this person has a disability or something?
you can still make out what they were trying to say.
this is a die hard saints supporter
much like ourselfs
and they have the right to post on here,
even with bad spellling and typing
and for all of you who are going to say, write it in word first for the spell check
dont bother reading the posts
simple.
but dont pick on them, and make them feel miniscule.

Talk about the message guys ... easiest way to show respect ...

Interesting re: Armo .... was flying in the pre-season and tipped to be a certainty in Round 1, and play probably every game since. I believe RL made similar comments during the pre-season.

The injury de-railed him, and it seems that his form for Springvale has been ok since, but nothing amazing.

He is probably behind Eddy as next in line if we suffer a midfield injury, but I can't seem him breaking into the side anytime soon, unless he puts in a string of BOG performances, and a couple of the smaller players in our side are either injured or fall out of form.

But he's an emergency, so he's in the next couple of guys to come into the side.

Me too! We should encourage youngins to post. The more they post, the better they get. Not too many of us old fogeys were perfect when we were young. We can offer advice, nothing wrong with that, but despite the spelling I, like everyone else, knew exactly what the poster was saying.

In my own defence I did qualify my reaction to the OP...

I do remain intrigued as to the mystery of saintnat, however.

But yes, all power to the little (or not) Armo-centric anti-spellchecker!
