Same starting 22 I believe - Grammy still out.

List soon you'd think.

I thought we really missed Grams run and carry last week...

He is clearly in our best 18, and probably sits about 10-12 in our most important players...

Clearly he has stuffed up somewhere along the line... I hope Ross isnt just leaving him out to teach him a lesson, knowing we're only playing Melbourne..

This is a danger game, and our best 22 should be picked for every match...

I hope if there is a lesson still to be learnt, that is exactly why Ross is leaving him out...

1st versus 16th. If this is a danger game, then every single game in the AFL is a danger game.

Agreed, but it must've been pretty big if he's out for 2 in a row... They've done well to keep it completely under wraps...

i think it's stupid, keep us informed, we have an interest (most of us financial) in the club. why leave us in the dark.

I believe every single game we play is a danger game. Melbourne have proven competitive against WCE away, Bulldogs and Collingwood (for the first half). They've shown they can play some pretty decent football, without getting the results on the board to show it.

We have to be wary of complacency, and not let it creep into our game. Each week is more important than the last.

agree with that assessment, but perhaps the selectors see it differently.

i hope it is disciplinary rather than a belief that he is not in our best side.

Great point. It's our club too.

Hate the ducks and drakes. It's Kevin Sheedy circa-1987. Not interested.

I note Robbo is out for Melbourne?? Anyone know why? Couldn't be form surely... if they're prepared to bring the guy in after such a long injury layoff, they have to be patient...

Having said that... I'm glad he's out.... him kicking a freakish 7 or 8 was their only chance. (I hope I don't regret saying that)

Come to think of it, I am sure they will ask Roo on TFS tonight.

Stinger, would that have been in 1958, when Melbourne were the reigning premiers, and Paul Dodd starred? I was there that day, one of the best games ever.

Could be a very big in.

I think he's been an integral part of our success so far this year. Seems to be a very astute thinker, and very smart tactically.

Hayes is really making that forward pocket position his own this season

Like Melbourne's INS and OUTS -

Jamar is a donkey, and Cheney and Robbo are in their best 22 for mine.

Thanks Dean
