Heard this on the way to the gym on Dorans program where Jeans,Hafey,Barassi and Kennedy excerpts are put to a musical background on how a grandfinal should be approached...

Had tears rolling down my face while driving and had to work of a massive amount of adreneline once I got started at the gym

Can anyone get a hold of this as a link...

Must be played to the boys before they hit the ground ...will set the scene for an almighty battle more than anything I have heard in sport in 50 years...

was taken from a documantary produced for a final a couple of years ago I thought I heard him say

Was it the Allan Jeans speech after the 1966 GF in the rooms when he said something like "no matter where you all go, or whateve you all do, I will love you forever"?

If that's the speech it's on one side of the 3KZ radio Lp record that had the last quarter on one side and interview in the rooms afterwards.

I know my parents had the record, and maybe someone else still has the record.

If you have ever been to the AFL Sensation (dont know if it is still going or not) it was part of that I think. You were sitting the rooms before the GF and then it was played. Jeansy is clearly the most inspiring. It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up an left me feeling like I was ready to run onto the ground. Very inspiring.

I think the music in the background on SEN was from Braveheart.
