You have only added to my pain and sadness Max. I reckon you could have gone around another year. But I thank you for great memories of a true Saint. And you can retire with your head held high knowing that if you had made the team you would not have let us down.

Maxy your are of the era along with Stewie and Bourky and in my eyes you guys deserved a premiership. Your loyalty to the club has been unquestionable and when we bump into you in the hardware store I will be shaking your hand.
