Kosi Hospitalised

Post: # 1038613Post azza12 »

Channel 10 Sport just said Kosi left hospital on Sunday, had an ankle infection and had a screw removed from his ankle and he is still on Antibiotics.

It sounds like a real dramatic story ....................BUT......

I think you'll find that Kosi had 2 lots of surgery on his ankle, 1 in October and the other in December. It was probably planned all along to remove the screw about now, only he's copped a bit of an infection. I doubt it is anywhere near as dramatic as it has been reported in the press. The club have said he will miss the 1st week of the nab cup. If it was as bad as it has been reported he'd be out for another 6-8 weeks !!

Hmmm Kosi out until maybe Round 3 of the real season, Gardy not fit either.

Looks like Stanley and Big Mac will need to show a bit.

I think another long season in the grandstand for Kosi- should have persisted with Patto for another season.

Should have been shipped off to the Gold Coast in return for a pack of twisties.

I blame the media for this injury occurring.

Unfair everton. It's the club's fault and we can't blame anyone else.

Simply put, Gilbo should have never urinated on Kosi's injured ankle

WRONG  Kosi urinated on his own ankle when marking out his territory in the goalsquare when FG retired. YES, delayed reaction  !!

In that case, what a piss poor effort by Kosi

There were reports that Kosi was doing plenty of running over the past two weeks and I think he was always going to miss the nab cup. It looks like this infection has put him back by 1-2 weeks, but our friends in the media wouldn't pour any mayo over this story, would they? !!

FWIW a story I heard today from a reasonable source was that Kosi was travelling OK and the reason why more surgery was required was because he got the ankle re-injured whilst white water rafting.

He probably jumped off a bridge with a rope tied around his injured ankle. Wouldn't surprise me.
