Saints will finnish above Collingwood this year- Good call?

Post: # 1207446Post TJMcCarthy »

Saints are grinning with good even form both young and old. Our morale is high- not like last years stress. My gut tells me the Pies are in for a season like the one we had last year. And our fixture looks better than theirs with more games against easy beats. Keeping a lid on it but, we could go deep into finals territory. Cool heads will prevail in 2012. It's really up for grabs. My only tip is that Collingwood will not stop us. And without Luke Ball, they may not even be there.

huh?

collingwood have played hawthorn, carlton and richmond. two very tough games and one easy one.

we've played port, gold coast and footscray. three relatively easy ones.

i don't think you can compare form yet.

Credit should go our boys- We made it look easy against the Bulldogs.

Point taken - we haven't played a top four. But we're all itching for it! That's something to smile about !!

Former pies coach has turned on the pies , heavily critiquing his old teams new game plan , Eddie has come out swinging stating mick wouldn't have a friend left at Collingwood blah blah for criticising bucks.. They are in turmoil at the mo.

Cloke, Dawes, Pendlebury, Swan, Thomas etc,
says to me that they are still going to win a lot more than they will lose this year…
lets hope not.

No. The Hun and Foxsports and that beacon of truth Wayne Carey says they are in MAYBE in SOME FORM of turmoil.

Personally I reckon all they probably care about is winning. They have cattle. Everyone was singing the praises of their depth last year. Good side. Organised club. They'll be there or thereabouts.

Mind you I'd love to see them implode. 8-)

Both of last years grand finalists outsiders for the top 4 after 3 rounds, surely there is money to be made there?

Just back em both. If one of them makes it you win. Unless you reckon both will miss. Surely Geelong were just tired and will bounce back.

Interesting that despite them being 5th and 7th favourites to finish top 4, they are still 4th and 5th favs to win the flag. So they're virtually betting that they can win in from outside the top 4.

We're $15 for the flag at TAB Sportsbet, but $36 at Centrebet!

bad call. who won the premiership in 2010? exactly. finishing above them means nothing.

I am unsure whether it is a good or bad call, probably bad, but i have no idea what winning the flag in 2010 has to do with what the person asked.
