1 game - sydney - 250th^ - only win against a genuine decent side
1 goal - milne in sydney… saad had a few too
1 mark - stanley gws
1 tackle - lenny - phutscray
1 event - margettes > o'cryin'
1 unsung act.. - geary - broken eye socket

1 player - Milne. Against age, abuse and unfairness he continues to deliver.
1 game - Carlton, Round 7. Went with minimal expectation, left with great hope.
1 goal - Saad to Stanley vs Carlton. We looked the fastest we've looked in years. (Apologies to Lenny for his triple baulk vs Melbourne)
1 mark - Kosi in the pack vs Hawthorn. I honestly thought he was back that night.
1 tackle - Lenny Hayes vs Footscray in Round 3.
1 event - The entire Essendon game. As a St Kilda supporter you learn to treat every win over Essendon as a rare and cherished event.
1 unsung act - Jarryn Geary's effort vs four Geelong players in the dying seconds of the first quarter. Saved a certain goal.

1 player-Simpkin bolted from nowhere
1 game- Freo- screwed by umpires and changed the course of our season.
1 goal- a snap by Siposs out wide can't remember which game, one by Saad where he got back to his feet and kept going.
1 mark- Stanley round 22 hits the goal post running back with the flight
1 tackle- Simpkin any of the ones he tried to remove kidneys with all year
1 event -milney and the Obrien circus
1 unsung act- defence playing out of their skins despite a lack of height.

1. player..Stanley showing great signs for the future
2. game..First game v Port, stands out as being the most wasteful loss for years
3. goal..One of Saad's freakish ones in a game I cant remember
4. mark..Stanley's mark R22
5. tackle..any Lenny or Simpkin one
6. event..Clobbering essendon and reminding the comp that we are still a pretty good team on our day
7. unsung act.. Gwilt being asked to play above his height most of the year

2. Last game, win vs carlton PLUS last game for Ratten ( bonus is we won a close game)
3. Siposs' goal against Swans ( dont know if got a GOTY nomination)
4. Sean's goal savers
5. Lenny against the Doggies
6. Milney and the carlton fans
7. Geary saving goal against cats....he had like 3 tackles in about 10 seconds

1 player- MIlney if i really really had to choose
1 game- beating Essendon always delightful and By heaps
1 goal - Milney's long bomb against someone- people always doubt him-
1 mark - Milney- -- Na Ben's saving marks in defence
1 tackle -obvious is Lenny 1 event -the coast to coast goal in one of the later rounds
1 unsung act.. The board for getting us back on track financially.

but memory shortens and later games overshadow earlier ones,,

1 player - Simpkin impressed with his steadiness down back
1 game - Carlton (Monday night) didn't expect to win but very happy with the result
1 goal - Stanley I think he outran someone & got the goal or Sippa in Brissy on a tight angle.
1 mark - Milney - I think it was against Sydney
1 tackle- Lenny against Footscray
1 event - Lenny selling the candy against Melbourne to seal the win with a goal in what was a terrible game.
1 unsung act..Lenny coming back from injury, playing even though he needed heart surgery.
