Awhile back someone posted this link to the Inside football player rankings:

Have been keeping an eye on it and did some analysis and found:

Leigh Montagna has 97 points from 14 games for an average of 6.93 per game
Nick Riewoldt has 92 points from 14 games for an average of 6.57 per game
Jack Steven has 97 points from 15 games for an average of 6.47 per game
David Armitage has 83 points from 14 games for an average of 5.92 per game
Farren Ray has 69 points from 12 games for an average of 5.75 per game
Clinton Jones has 65 points from 12 games for an average of 5.41 per game
Jarryn Geary has 81 points from 15 games for an average of 5.40 per game
Nick Dal Santo has 79 points from 15 games for an average of 5.27 per game
Dylan Roberton has 78 points from 15 games for an average of 5.20 per game

And just thought I would throw in the small forwards as well:
Stephen Milne has 47 points from 11 games for an average of 4.27 per game
Terry Milera has 36 points from 10 games for an average of 3.60 per game
Trent Dennis-Lane has 27 points from 8 games for an average of 3.375 per game
Ahmed Saad has 37 points from 12 games for an average of 3.08 per game

I know it is all subjective and depends on who does the ranking for each match but the thing that stands out to me from that is Nick Dal Santo would be one of the higher paid players at the club and there is 7 players above him including Jarryn Geary who would be on minimal contract and Clinton Jones who can hardly kick straight and is a week to week kinda prospect.

And how Saad keeps getting a game with an average of 3.08 per game is beyond me.

Those rankings look about right to me. No real surprises.
