To improve, these guys need to grabbed by coach who backs them in, provides confidence to get them heading down right path.
Stanley is a classic example big, athletic been in system but very little confidence. His kicking for goal is appalling, body language when lining up tells the story. It's all confidence, which he lacks big time. I reckon a coach like Williams would ruff him up and get some aggression and confidence into him. At the moment he is a man mountain that plays with zero aggression.
Simpkin, Stanley, Sipposs, Saad (2nd year) went backwards
Armitage - treaded water; should be at same level as Jack
Milera, TDL, Maister - little or no sign of improvement. List cloggers.
Ross - coming along slowly, enough to show on right track
Wright - showed plenty early, injured then lacked confidence
