Look I'm more interested in seeing how some of our rookies go than Sippa.

I would like the club to show the same faith in him as they have Lee and Markworth - sign him for 2016. Tell him to get his bobby right, train his guts out and give himself a shot at being a good AFL player. I think there will be enough guys to move on next year to allow that

this idea of showing a ridiculous amount of loyalty to blokes who aren't up to standard is getting us no where. if you work in a bank, and you can't perform at the required level, you get the sack, regardless of whether you showed glimpses a couple of years ago. I reckon that not making tough calls on young players will only hold us back as a club.

Plus 1!

Unless the club is convinced that there is/are clear issues as to why Sippa won't make it regardless of this setback, then why wouldn't we throw in another year?

Would definitely send out a message to the young blokes about loyalty... an investment in good karma... that may well pay off in a few years time.

As has been pointed out, we have room in the cap (not the Sippa' would be on much anyway) and we should have room on the list.

It's Dave, man. Will you open up? I got the stuff with me! -------Who?

What? Does he do Brady Bunch impressions now?
