Three times I've noticed a terrible attitude from him

Intra-Club at TBBO - having a go at team mates
Last week vs Port he didn't follow instructions and argued with the runner about it
Today he was showing poor body language again

Jack is a goer, courageous and skilful...but he needs to stop sooking like a spoilt school kid when things don't fall his way.

I know what you mean - he can seem like he has a chip on his shoulder sometimes - little guys can seem like that as they are basically battling the odds their whole career (the classic little angry ant). But I think he also holds himself to a really high standard. When he misses kicks or screws up he gets visibly upset which is good in a way as you only get better if you give a damn about what you are doing. I think Lonie thinks he is capable of blasting open games and is frustrated he isn't at the moment.

Eli has a terric attitude.... just runs his guts out... barely says a word, very quiet guy... Bit of Steven about his persona on the field

Unfortunately, Lonie is learning 'appropriate' body language from his skipper in the 1s. Roo's worst trait (aside from his new-found predilection for passing to a man under pressure).

I hate to say it but I agree. A few examples I've seen this year. During the bombers game when Gilbert was tentatively looking for an option in the F50, Roo ran over and angrily yelled "Just f***ing hit it!" which was clearly heard by the crowd on level 2. This week telling a bulldogs supporter to not to touch him and the issue with the saints media staff earlier in the year.

Roo is a champion and we love him, but this is something he could do without. I wonder if it has something to do with his mental state after last year.

The whole team needs to be told that you just don;t give the ball to Roo just because he demands it! So many times I
ve seen him demand the ball when he's in a bad situation resulting in the ball turning over.
I recall one incident when Gresch was running at goal, in the clear, with Roo running beside him, distracting him: result was as bad shot at goal by Gresch. Roo needs to lead now and allow others to take responsibility. Great player but needs to review his role.

Played nearly every game last year and performed really well. Hardly played a senior game this year, can't stick a tackle and just can't get his hands on the ball at senior level - things just not going his way. Gotta be immensely frustrating.
